What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging boxes in Malaysia?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 unit setiap reka bentuk. For larger runs (5,000+ pcs) the unit cost drops significantly. Contact us to discuss your volume requirements — we accommodate both medium and high-volume orders.
How long does it take to manufacture custom packaging boxes?
Typical lead time is 7-14 working days from artwork approval. This includes plate-making, printing, die-cutting, gluing and quality control. Rush orders may be possible depending on current production schedule — please enquire.
Do you provide a sample or mock-up before mass production?
Yes. We provide a digital die-cut sample and a printed physical mock-up (on request) before committing to full production. This ensures the structure, dimensions and print match your expectations before we run the full order.
What file format do I need to provide for artwork?
We accept customer-supplied AI, PDF, and CDR artwork files at 300 dpi, CMYK colour mode, with all fonts outlined or embedded. We do not provide graphic design services, so please prepare your print-ready artwork before production.
Do you ship packaging boxes to other states in Malaysia?
Yes. While our factory is based in Batu Pahat, Johor, we deliver to customers across Peninsula Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Melaka and beyond. We also export to Singapore and the region.
Are FSC®-certified materials available?
Yes. Szheng Industries is FSC® certified (License Code: FSC-C167543). We can source FSC®-certified paperboard for brands that require responsible sourcing documentation. This is increasingly requested by international buyers and sustainability-focused brands in Malaysia.
