Design, Artwork & Plate Making
Our design team creates artwork customised to your P.O. requirements. Nothing proceeds until you've approved the design. Once confirmed, our Heidelberg Suprasetter —an innovative, highly productive plate processing machine —creates precision printing plates that deliver flawless colour reproduction.
Paper Cutting & Printing
Our computerised precision cutter selects and cuts the right paper thickness and type for your job. Then our Heidelberg 5-colour offset printing machine runs the sheets —delivering vivid, accurate colours with every impression. Our skilled printers monitor quality throughout the entire print run.
Die Cutting, Gluing & Quality Control
Die cutting uses precision moulds to cut your boxes to the exact required shape. The gluing department then carefully assembles each piece. Before anything moves forward, our QC team inspects every single product. Zero defects leave our factory.
Packing & Delivery
After final QC inspection, products are securely packed to the exact quantity ordered. We ensure prompt delivery —every shipment arrives at your location in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our final checkpoint.
