What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging boxes in Malaysia?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. For larger runs (5,000+ pcs) the unit cost drops significantly. Contact us to discuss your volume requirements — we accommodate both medium and high-volume orders.
How long does it take to manufacture custom packaging boxes?
Typical lead time is 14–21 working days from artwork approval. This includes plate-making, printing, die-cutting, gluing and quality control. Rush orders may be possible depending on current production schedule — please enquire.
Do you provide a sample or mock-up before mass production?
Yes. We provide a digital die-cut sample and a printed physical mock-up (on request) before committing to full production. This ensures the structure, dimensions and print match your expectations before we run the full order.
What file format do I need to provide for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, and CDR files at 300 dpi, CMYK colour mode, with all fonts outlined or embedded. If you don't have a ready artwork, our team can work with your brand guidelines and create a dieline layout for you.
Do you ship packaging boxes to other states in Malaysia?
Yes. While our factory is based in Batu Pahat, Johor, we deliver to customers across Peninsula Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Melaka and beyond. We also export to Singapore and the region.
