We manufacture a full range of custom printed packaging including folding carton boxes (food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, gift), branded paper bags, product labels & stickers, business cards, brochures, and clothing hang tags —all printed with our Heidelberg 5-colour offset press.
Is Szheng Industries ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. We are ISO 9001 certified and UKAS Registered (Certificate No: 22435). Every single product goes through a strict QC inspection before leaving our factory. Zero defects leave our facility.
What printing method do you use?
We use Heidelberg 5-colour offset printing —the gold standard for high-volume, colour-accurate packaging. Combined with our Heidelberg Suprasetter plate-making system, we deliver sharp, vibrant results on every order. Offset printing gives significantly better colour consistency and cost efficiency at volume compared to digital printing.
What finishing options are available for custom packaging?
We offer: gloss or matte lamination, spot UV coating, hot foil stamping, embossing / debossing, and precision die-cutting. These finishing options add a premium look and feel that elevates your product on the shelf. Contact us for samples.
